Take the train from any of North Carolina's 16 stations, shown on the map below.

Many stations are staffed by either Amtrak ticket agents or N.C. Department of Transportation station attendants.

Amtrak ticket agents are available to assist at the following stations: Cary, Charlotte, Durham, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Raleigh, Rocky Mount and Wilson.
NCDOT station attendants are available to assist at the following stations: Burlington, High Point, Kannapolis, Salisbury and Selma.
Stations in Gastonia, Hamlet and Southern Pines are unattended.
